The amazing host Leslie explores lighter topics about travel tips (safety, itinerary, travel anxiety, etc) to deeper, more introspective lessons such as personal growth, finding purpose, and helping women break through outdated social norms in a world full of adventure and possibility.

It’s a great listen whether you’re a gal or guy!

Episode 4

We learned that there's more to be on the look out for than active volcanos and wildlife...

...like touchy tour guides and... wet rocks?

Let's just say we were not the same women walking out of this trip that we were walking in. It's a discussion of what it means to turn 30, a hilarious play-by-play of 8 days in beautiful, lush Costa Rica, and ultimately, a lesson in knowing when to rest.

Episode 6

In this episode, we talk with Belle, a multi-hypenate entrepreneur, manifesting coach, and all-around Boss Babe

We discuss our shared experiences growing up under pressure as high-achieving firstborn daughters of immigrants. We all have tower moments, or catalytic events (canon events, if you're Gen Z). But do you stay in your lane or do you use that Pompeii-like momentum to transform?

The Creator of Busy Gallivanting

Leslie Maclang is the voice and creator behind Busy Gallivanting. She is the eldest daughter of two Filipino immigrants, growing up in New York City.

After a life of constantly being busy overachieving to prove herself worthy of her family's sacrifices and hard work, Leslie realized she had nothing to prove and decided that it was time to be busy gallivanting instead.

Through travel, Leslie cultivated a deep appreciation for its constant lessons in adventure, nature, and seizing every opportunity.

This podcast is an archive of her journeys, spiritual and physical, as she discovers that life is so much more enjoyable when you don't feel guilty about it.
