Refund policy

If you're not happy with your physical Busy Gallivanting product, let us know within 30 days of your order's delivery date using the contact form.
Products must be in unused condition for both returns and exchanges.
- For exchanges, we'll send your new selection at no cost once we receive your return.
- For returns, we'll provide a shipping label and the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.
If your order arrived damaged while in transit, we'll replace it for free without requiring a return as long as photos of damage are included in your exchange request.
